A busy week for law enforcement in Yellowstone County led to 14 arrests, and when you look closer at the names and charges, a few clear patterns start to stand out.

Between March 9 and March 15, deputies responded to 437 calls for service and completed 235 case reports. But it’s the arrests that really tell the story, and once again, DUI charges made up a large portion of the list.

Here’s a breakdown of who was arrested and what they’re accused of.

DUI Arrests Lead the Week

Driving under the influence continues to show up again and again in local reports, and this week was no different.

  • Jenny Neuteboom, 49, received a notice to appear for DUI (2nd offense)
  • Floyd Limpy, 43, received a notice to appear for DUI (1st offense)
  • Emilio Oldbull, 25, cited for aggravated DUI (1st offense)
  • Jeffrey Parman, 40, taken into custody for DUI (1st offense)
  • Thomas Tenbear, 33, arrested for aggravated DUI (3rd offense)

Property Crime Arrest

  • Matthew Brown, 45, taken into custody for possession of stolen property $1,500 or less (1st offense)

Drug-Related Arrests

Drug-related charges also made up part of this week’s report.

  • Ira Dust, 35, arrested for criminal possession of dangerous drugs
  • Gordon Brightwings, 20, received a notice to appear for possessing intoxicants under 21

Drug Paraphernalia Arrest

  • David Waggoner, 44, taken into custody for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia

Court-Related Charges

Several arrests were tied to court-related violations.

  • Christopher Armstrong, 54, arrested for contempt of court (misdemeanor)
  • Brady Oster, 23, arrested for contempt of court (misdemeanor)

Truancy Case

  • Alissa Wang, 51, received a notice to appear for truancy

Warrants and Felony-Related Arrests

  • Shaylene Littlebird, 35, was taken into custody for escape after being charged with a felony.
  • Madelynn Gustafson, 26, arrested for contempt of court (misdemeanor), tied to a warrant
