
USPS Is Looking for New Team Members in Billings

Apply In Person at the Upcoming Billings Career Fair

The USPS Billings P&DC Career Fair will take place on Friday, October 24th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday, October 25th from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Billings Post Office located at 841 South 26th Street in Billings.

Multiple Job Options to Fit Different Work Styles
There are several roles open depending on your preferences and experience. Positions include City Carrier Assistant, Rural Carrier & Service, Mail Handler Assistant, PSE Mail Processing Clerk, and PSE Sales & Distribution Associate. Some jobs are more physical, like handling and delivering mail, while others involve working indoors or assisting customers, there’s a good variety to choose from.
What to Bring With You to Apply
To make the process go smoothly, come prepared with your driver’s license, education history with past addresses, and your employment history for the last seven years. If you’re a veteran, bring your DD214 form. Having everything ready ensures you can complete your application on the spot without delays.
Basic Qualifications for Getting Hired
The requirements to qualify are very reasonable. Applicants must be 18 years old, or 16 with a high school diploma, and be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or a citizen of American Samoa or another U.S. territory. All applicants must also be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and medical assessment.
