With my kids all living in faraway places, it's tough to get together with them too, which I also hope to do more of later. As for now though I'm still a pretty boring guy happy with the simple things.

Here in Montana, there has been a lot of objection to the idea of plant-based proteins because it isn't the real deal. But, there's a new plant-based program in Europe that could very well be integrated in the States soon.
