Montana Scored a 89.5 and Finished Fourth in the Nation
Montana landed in fourth place overall, with a job satisfaction score of 89.5. That puts us just behind Colorado, Rhode Island, and Maryland and ahead of plenty of bigger states. Not bad for Big Sky Country.

Shorter Hours, Fairer Pay, and Real Time Off
