Which Laundry Detergent is Being Recalled?

The 50-ounce Woolite Delicates Detergent size that was available for purchase on Amazon.com in January 2025 is being recalled due to a potential risk of bacteria contamination.

Why Is This Laundry Detergent a Risk?

If you have a weakened immune system or use medical devices, exercise extra caution. The bacteria in the detergent could cause infections in various parts of your body if you come into contact with it.

How to Identify the Recalled Products?

To check if your Woolite detergent is part of the recall, look for lot numbers S24364, S24365, or S24366 on the back of the bottle and SKU code 62338-72724. If you find these, stop using them immediately and contact Reckitt by calling 800-228-4722 or emailing ConsumerCare_USA@reckitt.com.

What to Do for Refund and Disposal?

If you have the recalled Woolite, label the bottle as " Recalled, " take a picture showing the UPC and lot code, and email it to Reckitt for a refund. Once you receive the refund, seal the detergent tightly and dispose of it properly. Do not attempt to use it up or recycle the bottle. If you have any questions or if someone becomes ill after using the product, reach out to Reckitt immediately.
