As announced at the time of closing for Taco Del Sol on the West End, Dickey's Barbecue is taking over the space, bringing their fast-casual bbq to the Shiloh side of Billings.

Same Owner, Fresh Look

After reaching out to Austin Schnizler, owner of the downtown Dickey's, he was happy to share some work-in-progress photos of the new location at 3911 Central Ave... just off of Shiloh on the west end.

Progress is certainly being made, to bring their fast barbecue to the west end. Even if the old Taco Del Sol menu board is hanging from the ceiling still.

Special Deals For The Opening

Although the date is not set in stone, Austin let us know he is aiming for April 3rd as their opening date... as long as the renovations can finish in time. Which... is quite fast!

Austin also told us he plans to offer $3 pulled pork sandwiches for the first few days, which is a pretty sweet deal!

We've been patrons of the downtown location for quite some time... especially since it is half a block away from the Townsquare Tower (DoubleTree Hotel) and we love it. So we're especially excited for the west end to get some BBQ!
