If you’re the kind of person who loves a good scare, or at least loves watching your friends scream, the Scarity Haunted House is back at the Billings Depot for its 7th year of terror.

Running October 23-25 and October 30-November 1, this event isn’t just about jump scares and fake blood. It’s a full on theatrical horror experience that’s raised nearly $200,000 for local causes since 2018. So yes, you can scream and feel good about it.

Choose Your Own Level of Terror

Not everyone wants nightmares for a week, which is why Scarity offers three different versions of HellScape. Whether you’re bringing little ones, thrill-seeking teens, or full-grown adrenaline junkies, there’s a night made just for you.

A Kinder, Gentler Night in Hell For Families and First-Timers

This special night softens the scares while keeping the magic (or, well… the fire and brimstone). Think brighter lighting, toned down creatures, and just enough spook to make memories without tears. It’s perfect for kids, sensory sensitive guests, or anyone who likes “fun scary” over “wet your pants scary.”

The Full Inferno Experience is Classic Hell at Full Volume

This is the main event, the HellScape in all its burning glory. Expect demons, despair, and all seven deadly sins walking around like they own the place. It’s theatrical, immersive, and intense… but still survivable. Probably.

X-Scream Night: No Mercy, No Recovery.

This one’s reserved for the truly unhinged. X-Scream Night is 18+ (or 14-17 with a brave adult), and it’s described as brutal, bloody, and raw. If you walk in confident and walk out humbled… don’t say they didn’t warn you. This is full contact fear, the kind that follows you home.

The Best Role in the House: Be the Fear Scout

Not sure if you’re ready to suffer, but definitely ready to laugh at someone else who is? Sign up as a Fear Scout. You’ll get to go behind the scenes, watch your group from the shadows, and fully embrace your role as “that friend who records instead of helping.” Up to six people per group, but only four Fear Scouts allowed per night. Choose wisely (or sacrifice accordingly).

When and Where the Screaming Begins

Doors open at 6 p.m., and the terror runs from nightfall to 11 p.m. at Billings Depot, 2310 Montana Avenue. Whether you’re in it for jump scares, bragging rights, or pure chaos, Scarity has a ticket with your name on it.

LOOK: How Halloween has changed in the past 100 years

Stacker compiled a list of ways that Halloween has changed over the last 100 years, from how we celebrate it on the day to the costumes we wear trick-or-treating. We’ve included events, inventions, and trends that changed the ways that Halloween was celebrated over time. Many of these traditions were phased out over time. But just like fake blood in a carpet, every bit of Halloween’s history left an impression we can see traces of today.
