50 Billings Families Need Help Right Now and This Community Can Answer the Call
The holiday season looks a little different for everyone, but one thing stays the same. When neighbors step up for neighbors, it can change everything. That’s exactly what the Intermountain Community Development Foundation is doing again this year, rallying support for families who could really use a hand right now.
Helping 50 Families Feel Seen and Supported During the Holidays
This is the second annual Family Giving Initiative, and the goal is simple but powerful. Help 50 local families with food boxes, holiday gifts, and essential items so Christmas feels a little brighter and a lot less stressful. Behind every number is a real family, parents doing their best, and kids who deserve a moment of joy during the holidays.
What Local Families Need Most Right Now
Organizers are currently in need of gift cards, monetary donations, dry food goods, and unwrapped toys. These items go directly to families in our community and help cover both basic needs and holiday wishes. Even one small donation can make a meaningful difference when people come together.

Where and How to Donate in Billings
There are several easy ways to help. Donations can be dropped off at Homestead Storage at 3300 Central Avenue or Dakava House at 3225 Rosebud Drive. If mailing items or contributions works better, they can be sent to Intermountain Community Development Foundation, 2212 Grant Road, Suite 4, PMB #290, Billings, MT 59102.
An Important Deadline to Keep in Mind
All donations are needed by December 18th to make sure everything reaches families in time for Christmas. That deadline helps organizers coordinate deliveries and ensure no family is left out.
Still Have Questions or Want to Help in Another Way?
Anyone with questions or looking for more information can reach out directly by emailing contact@imcdf.org. Every message, every donation, and every share helps keep this effort moving forward.

Giving during the holidays doesn’t always look flashy. Sometimes it looks like groceries, gift cards, or a toy dropped quietly into a box. But to the families receiving that help, it means everything.
